Vexel and vector arts are both impressive digital arts that have similar appearances but somehow different in technicality. To talk about their likeness, they both become visible as a bunch of layers with plane colors bordered with sharp edges and lines.
Vexel art is a term formed as a combination of the words “vector” and “pixel”. Unlike traditional vector, vexel art uses rasterized transparent layers. Therefore not ideal to change its scale as it will “pixelize”. Vector art on the other hand, although similar to vexel in terms of appearance, is contrary as the image automatically adjusts as it is being rescaled. Thus preventing it to “pixelize”.
For our next article, we show to you 26 Beautiful Examples of Vexel/Vector Cars. Here are some of the most amazing illustrations of stunning cars improved with vexel and/or vector style. Have fun browsing these fine-looking images and maybe try one for yourself. Come take a peek, and Enjoy!

good job for this article,so attractive!
the designer are very talented…
Much as I love dangeruss’ work and the fact that I’ve followed him for years, a bit of variation in the artist features would be neat :p
These are awesome any idea where we might find some tutorials on how “vexes” are done?
