There are some awesome examples in there, show how awesome business cards can be.
Those are “neat” but when designing biz cards people have to use their head. I get alot of cards, and put them in a business card holder. If I get one that does not fit in their, as “neat” as it may be, it goes in the trash

Great list. But remember to try photocopying it, since most people that get the cool cards don’t like to share them. Nothing more frustrating then placing an aluminum card on a copy machine and getting a big black smudge…

I was watching “American Psycho” the other day and enjoyed watching Christian Bale’s exasperation at seeing the beautiful business card of one of his colleagues. He exclaims, “It even has a watermark!”. Just shows how important this little piece of paper has become in our lives.

This is a really inspirational selection – thanks for taking the time to put this together! Sometimes it’s easy to fall into the trap of just designing a ‘standard’ type business card, rather then thinking more creatively and pushing the format.
