Art is indeed boundless. Even the human’s body can be the perfect canvass for anyone’s work of art. We have seen tattoos, nail arts, body arts and so many wonderful artworks. But aside from those mentioned, even one’s eyelids can bear amazing art work. As a matter of fact, this is what we will be featuring in this post today. Just imagine how meticulous it is to create lines and teeny weeny details on one’s eyelids!
While other woman squiggles on placing eye shadow and eye liners, Tal Peleg of Israel considers it as a hobby and an art. You will surely be amazed of her works on how she added details to the eyes from the eyebrows to the lower eyelids. Using eye shadows of different colors and thin brushes, she is able to make a masterpiece on her own eyelids. If we come to think of it, it is hard to do it but for Tal Peleg, it is easy to make. We love her creations especially that they are based on fairytales and other interesting ideas. Take a look at her creative and imaginative works below:
Hansel and Gretel
A yummy house lured Hanzel and Gretel to the witch. This house indeed looked delicious with candies and chocolates on it.
Remember the story of the Princess who felt the pea placed under the bottom mattress? The variation of designs in the mattresses is lovely. Even the expression of the Princess is effectively shown here.
A beautiful lady and an apple- this will certainly tell us that this is no doubt Snow White. Look at the bite in the apple. Can you just imagine how small that is on the eyes?
The glass slipper is so cute! And the dress of Cinderella in blue is so stunning too with all the glitters in it.
From the recent famous movie of Disney, Frozen where the eye shadows coined its colors from Elsa and Ana’s clothes.
The Princess kissing the frog so it can turn into a Prince! That frog was done meticulously!
This is one of our favorites! The sheep are so adorable and cute. We also love the color combinations she did on it defining the grasses and the sky.
“Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy.” This is a quote from Anne Frank that the inspired the artists to create this one.
A work based on the quote from the The Little Prince, Antoine de Saint-Exupery that says, “It is such a secret place, the land of tears…”
Look at the two opposing designs- one with black and the other with white. This certainly shows the antagonist and protagonist of the Swan Lake.
The artist said this is from her favorite childhood movie.
Look at the transformation of the ugly duckling! The yellow ducks are so cute!
The yarn added to this one added some depth to this look.
All in all you’re just another brick in the wall- from Pink Floyd which inspired this masterpiece. The artist said that it took her an hour and a half to do it.
A yummy looking sushi with all the details in it.
Inspired by Dr. Seuss, the artist said that this is the most psychedelic eyeliner she had ever done.
Any Breaking Bad fan will surely love this one!
Kick Ass 2
Aside from fairytales, movie themed artworks were also done by the artist. Take a look at how she incorporated the colors from the costumes of the stars of Kick Ass 2.
Find the Artist
We can’t blame you if you kept on scrolling back up and down because one look at the artworks of Tal Peleg isn’t enough. You might even find it hard to believe that these were actually drawn on the eyelids. What we love here aside from the details, colors and concept, is how the eyelashes, eye brows and the contact lenses were done to go with the design. Everything is indeed well-thought of and the artist has no doubt shown her excellent craft in doing make-up. Want to see more from this artist?
