Insects are usually one of the most unappreciated animals maybe due to their size and appearance; but once we look closer and know more about them, we’ll find that these creatures are magnificent beings and it would be a shame to squash the life out of them. Alex Konahin is a Latvia-based artist who creates impressively detailed illustrations with the use of pens and Indian ink. His works basically consists of intricate lines incorporated with shadings, and the results are stunning.
