Great advices. Not easy to follow for me, altough. I often find myself in periods when work get me stressed a lot and I have to stay up all night to meet deadlines. Not always is possible to say no to a customer.

I would also recommend having a walk before starting and after finishing work. This replaces the commute (as well as being good exercise) and gives you a psychological break between work and home life. It lets you change gears in your own time.

Good idea! =) Recommended to those who don’t have time for a jog. I used to hit the treadmill everytime from 40min-1hr at the gym so I think I’m exempted for this one. lol
